Stitched

This week over at Delicious Doodles we asked you to use a bit of stitching. I think my stitching is a bit OTT but I had so much fun. I have used the gorgeous Sniffing Daisies what you can find in the shop

Finally the Sun is out, although still a bit shy lol I know it's not gonna last though.
This fortnight at Try it on Tuesday the theme: "Angels&Demons" I'm sure this will move all of your brain cells well it did mine, so this one can be as dark as you want or as cute as you want there for mine is between lol
Yep I made an other bookmark lol My latest cookery book: Bread by Paul Hollywood, it's a lovely book and I do use it. I have decided I will make all kind of bread not just flat&pita bread, fuccacia and chapati, these are just the simple ones so I want to learn how to make bloomer and all the other difficult ones. Anyway onto my project as you know our sponsor at TioT is Dilly Beans and for this project my inspiration came from not less the the owner of Dilly Beans: Megan. I used Sugar Skull, I did like the way Megan tilted it and cutting bits of it but I doodled frame round it and I LUV how it turned out.

My second card is a High Hopes one and the theme there is "Summer Time". Watermelon means summer for me, I take it you guessed what stamp  I'm using, it's the sweet little stamp called  "Summer Sweetness" and a matchung sentimet to go with it
I cooperated this challenge with LIM where the theme is: "Hexagon" I have no die or template so I had to make my own, took me a while but I did it lol
I'm in love with this sweet stamp

That's all for now

A quick

I thought I make a simple card for Adrian's Dad for father's day from the kids. I have used High Hopes theme "Thank You" as it's from the kids I used the Tractor stamp.
So here is my quick card

OMGoodnes just realised I was in such a rush I missed spelled "Thank", I'm sure even my 6 yrs old son can spell that one correctly lol I better go and do something about it before anyone else see it :-)

I have to say I prefer the corrected card lol I cut out the miss spelled one and wrote behind the "Thank you" so it's stays one layer as I'd like to play along with LIM where the theme: "Need for Speed" and it's one layer week.
Here is my corrected card

Ok I better go and tidy my mess up and go to bed

Thanks a Melon!

Slowly slowly I need to do the thank you cards for the teachers, so High Hopes theme "Thank You" was a good excuse to start it. I decided I'll make very simple cards as I have to make abt 10-11 of them.
I have used the Watermelon Border stamp and the "Thanks a Melon" stamp

I'm really -really looking forward end of July when we go back to Hungary and we can eat as much sweet watermelon as much we can stuff into our face. I just not bothered to buy it in UK as it's tasteless. Hungarians do grow loads of watermelon as well as the other melons. I have to buy watermelon every morning as it never last lol

That's all for now

Keep looking Beautiful!

We got a new challenge over at Delicious Doodles this week we asked you to use one of Teri's framed flowers and if you don't  have one Teri kindly put up a  freebie so you can play along too.
So here is mine
The digi called: Fuchsia and the Hummingbird, the paper and the WA and the BP/DP is from Create with TLC
Once I coloured the digi I realised the WA is in the wrong place, I didn't want to waist my work and the gorgeous digi so I printed out again and I cut a fancy label which made the WA pop and gave the whole card a bit of unusual look as the labe over hangs a bit. The left over from the BP/DP been stuck inside

You have to pop over to DD Challenge blog and see the rest of the DT's gorgeous work and of course having a freebie provided you can't have ant excuse to play lol

Something for Daddy

I have to say time flies Father's day knocking on the door lol so I thought I'm gonna use the opportunity and use this fortnights theme over at Try it on Tuesday which is  "For the man " and guess what we got a fab sponsor for June: Dilly Beans I have used 3 images for my project: Me&Pops; Heart Monster 2 & Skellie bow
and here you go daddy's presie from the kids
I only coloured the heart on the little cute monster (who is really Mesi lol ) I do like it as it is but I might stitch red material on the heart, I see how I feel at the moment I'm fool of cold and not in the mood for stitching plus I messed up the other T-shirt so £6 just went down the drain

Make sure you pop over to the blog and see what the rest of the DT created
Off to watch telly and schedule this for 9am and cross everything it'll come on lol

Silly Billy

Alfie went to a Birthday Party and I made this card for the little boy, but I ended up keeping it as he picked up a card from the shop too. It's always handy to have a card in the stash for kids anyway.
Over at High Hopes the Divas given us a "Gate fold card" challenge
here is mine
The stamps are called Silly Billy, Party Donkey and Birthday Cake the DP/BP are from TLC Creations. I haven't decided yet if I'm gonna put anything inside yet as I love the paper so much
Here they are in close up. I hardly used these stamps yet, it's great fun to colour them

I'll be entering this card into the fallowing challenges:

That's all for now, off to prepare the food for BBQ now
