Chocolate Thearapy

This week Michelle picked the theme on TioT and it's yummy yummy Chocolate. This is a free choice, as long as you stick to the theme you can make whatever you like. Not long ago it was Michelle's birthday (Happy Birthday although it's a bit late) and her 1st wedding anniversary I can't believe how time flys. I haven't got a new cooker(it's been ordered now so few more weeks now. I lasted over 2 month without oven) so I couldn't bake. So I had to make a card. I was going to make something else but then I went to see my friend who is not well and had no time so it's gonna be for an other challenge.

I have inked up my folder before placing my paper inside, this way I got this lovely effect and where it's been inked up the embossing is colour. Next I embossed/die cut my card base and just placed the other one on the top, but before I done that I put a ribbon round it. I stamped my sentiment with TH ink and strait away I used a wet brush too pull the colour then I edged it with darker ink but not to visible on the pic.

Inside there is a bar of chocolate. I stamped with TH ink and again used a wet brush to push the colour round where it was needed, on the chocolate itself I used darker brown too. The chocolate cover is coloured with silver pro-marker. Just realised I forgot to take a close up on my chocolate bar. I think the reason for this cos I was thinkig of having some choc lol I never had any though

 I'm really sad cos this folder is not mine. Soon I got to give it back to my friend. I think I might have to get it myself although we did agree we wont get the same things so we can swap round but I just LOVE this one just goes with any kind of card type

My Delicious Doodle DT card and Paper Cupcakes DT card, a Sassy Cheryl's Challenge and a Baby Bud card and lets not leave out Show me

Oh boy I've got sooooooooo many cards to show you in one post. I was gonna make different posts but I thought it'll be better to show you all here.( i have hairy legs)

First let me tell you my big news. I'm in the Paper Cupcake DT I was sooooooooooo happy when I found out. I was bursting to tell you. And we got an easy challenge for you. Monochrome. So let your mind go wild and enjoy creating and playing with one colour. You'll be amazed how much you can do with one colour in different shades.Here is my card for you to see, oh actually I made two and it's two different style

This is a Vintage looking using shade of brown

My BP/DP is Bearly Mine what I edged with TH distress ink. My image is water coloured also distressed and put a brown shade of yarn round it. My paper flower also distressed and so is my WA which is a TLC WA

This is my pink one using different shades. The paper is from Funky Fairy and got tissue paper on the top edged with black pen to give a bit of definition. My ribbon was a bit tricky. I was playing with it and in the end the middle turned into some kid of flower and I just glued it and glued an other flower top of it. I cut some paper strips from the papers and placed my Yummy cupcake on it. Finished it of with fat pearl and a TLC sentiment.

My 2nd card oh no my 3rd card is my Delicious Doodles card. As St Patrick is coming up we asked you to use green, I'm sure you can do that. Just pop to Teri's shop and check it out

I have used Shamrock Fairy, TLC WA&DP. I coloured this beauty with mt water colour pencils and bit of  distress ink on the edge. The WA been distressed too. The flowers my mum crochet it for me.

My 4th card is my Sassy Cheryl's card. I might be to late to post it for the colour me in challenge but I still show you

I have to tell you this was a challenge to colour. Cheryl she is gorgeous and still was fun to colour her. I didn't have much time to make this card. I did have my image coloured up so just needed to cook a card up lol There was an other 2 image to choose so pop over here and have a look. Oh Nooooooooo I was to late for this game

And my last card is my Baby Bud card the images can be found in the Etsy shop. I had some left overs from the above cards and I had my cutie coloured and cut out so it was only few minutes to put it together.

Phew so much in one post lol out of the 5 card I made 3 yesterday, just had no time to come online. I went to see a crafty friend in Folkstone she's only abt 50 min train ride away from me. This was the 1st time we met, she needed some cheering up as her life(health) is upside down and top of that her 15 yrs old daughter walked out on her so when I heared this I just had to jump on the train and see her. Being a mum myself I admire her that she can still smile.

Two cards in one post

I forgot to post my TIOT tag. I picked the theme and as it was woman's day on the 8th I thought the theme is just appropriate. I had fun making my tag. Mixed digi with stamping. I have used Nana Vic digi &TLC Creations digi and Bearly Mine Digi paper

It's a big tag but will look good on an A5 card or a DL card. The stamp I embossed and it's a free stamp from Craft Stamper magazine

My 2nd card is a D2D image called Lucky Bird, I played along with their challenge. If you play along you get a free digi. The deadline in few hrs and I forgot all abt it. The WA and digi paper is TLC Creations

A had an accident with my topper took me  while to hide it. I had a huge red smudge on it, by mistake I put it on a drying liquid pearl lol but I did cover it eventually lol

I used ribbon and doodled some stitches on it

High Hopes challenge

Over at HH the theme is Ladies birthday card. I have used one of my new stamp what I won on their blog hop. I coloured it with pro-markers (been months since I used them but I think it's ok)

here is my card

 My swirls is made out of 2 little one and 2 big ones. I started to combine them. I haven't got any big fancy swirl so I had to use what I've got lol I took the pic in the morning and you can see the shine on the swirls, I used my glimmer mist, I'm quet pleased with it how it turned out.

 The little sentiment is from one of my popcorn set, no idea which one, got few well almost all, few Xmas one missing lol I don't know why when I coloured my bug's face I coloured with the skin tones, I really like  them like that.

A challenge and my 2 ATCs

Well I was making a get well card and I used Bugaboo image and I though I play along BUT I messed it up and my card looks a bit different from others lol Can you spot the mistake? I bet you can't it's a happy accident and my card turned out just fine. The theme is Green with envy, in Hungary we used yellow for this expression lol

Now my card, I have rotated the sketch inside my card, no one said it's got to be on the front of the card lol

I had to do loads of inking then embossing/cutting then more inking and emboss/cut the card too then front was ready just few bits to decorate and woala there is the front of the card lol Now inside. I tell you once I finished my card I realised I forgot to do the sketch and my topper was already stuck inside SO I worked round it and there is my sketch. So I had a happy accident and you know what I LIKE it this way.

So here is the inside. The ribbon is paper I made and stamped on it and the little dots been cut with a small bunch then embossed from the back. The edge of the topper is coloured with pro-markers and the outside of the card is punched paper ribbon too.

Now onto my ATCs. The 1st one is Baby Bud image what you can get from the Etsy shop she is my fav one: Rose Bud she is gorgeous and so easy to colour her. I coloured her with water colour pencils then cut her out with Nest. The BP/DP is Bearly Mine Shabby Vintage what I torn end edged it with my Tim Holtz distress ink, few pearls to finish it off

My 2nd ATC is a very simple one. Some scrap paper as background, and die cut corner what was left over from my altered shoe box and the sentiment was printed out and was waitting to be use and because the ATCs had to be rubby colour it was just screaming to be used lol oh my WA is from TLC Creations

Delicious Doodles challenge & D2D challenge

It's gonna be two card from me again lol Sorry guys I'm on the roll. Got one more to blog and 2 ATCs. Just spitting cards out at the mo, today I made DD card and 2 ATCs and just got to put together an other card, so much in a day. Makes such a different both kids at nursery on Wednesday&Thursday.

Over at Delicious Doodles the theme is easy: make a birthday card you like to receive lol now I'm sure you can do that.

This was so fun to make. I just love this sweet bee image. Bit of glitter on his wing to glam him up lol and the flower stalk is done with the green Souffle pen, bit of ribbon WA and done. I'm gonna enter this card into the Bearly Mine Challenge where the themme is: Birthday card. I just bought this set of paper: Spring Flight and I LOVE it

 I had to tkae a pic without my daylight light to get the real colour of the WA lol

And here is my 2nd card for today. I'm gonna enter this to the "Daffodils" Free Stamp of the Month Challenge over at D2D

I had to buy the image but I LOVE the outcome. Such a simple flower and looks stunning, well I do love daffodils. I took my pic under a day light lamp and I'm over the moon how nice the pick came out. The paper I used is Bearly Mine Designs, just bought the set.

Inspired by song over at TIOT

Now this was such a fun. Pat my teamie at TIOT was the one who gave us this theme. I knew what I wanted to make I just had to find the right song. I even knew what artist the song is got to be just wasn't sure if I would find the right song. We I did. First here is my song

I have no idea how this new embossing folder called it's my friends but I LOVE it. I inked the inside before I cut it to get the ice effect on the embossing. The cut out was used for inside, waist not lol Then I done my WA with the Dahlia in the middle few flowers with pearl and the swirl to finish it off and that's it. It was a siple card or wasn't it lol

 You can see inside how beautifully is the embossing

 Side view so you can see the dimension oh and I forgot, the reason why I used this image because a new life is coming out of a seed turning into a young tree then a mature one with an other life (nest with eggs) on it. This set is just GORGEOUS, unusual.
