My Create with TLC DT cards

The other day I was asked to use 2 sets, one is the new "Be..." and the other one is the Music backdrop. I have to say The music backdrop turned out fab, I know I shouldn't prays my work but I do love it. Everything I used is from Create with TLC. On the card the backing paper is from the paper section called Once Apona Rose Papers

Well anyway here are my creations

I'm gonna enter my wall hanger into the EIC where the inspirational Etsy shop is Think Fast Designs. I love Vintage. I remember when I was at high school I used to make long dresses what looked like the 1920-30 lol and it wasn't yesterday so I think my love of Vintage was always with me just never really though abt it.

 I think this wall hanger gonna get onto my craft room's door

And here is be the rose card. I just had to used Paulette's paper with it to what I had in my stash. I have changed the colour though just to match my rose better

Delicious Doodles DT card

Oh boy what a week I had, kids needed 4 days intense activity to have a lay in lol Mesi got up today at 8 and Alfie 8.30 it was heaven lol

Well anyway this week at DD we got a Easter theme: USe ribbon for easter and the winner will get a big bunch of fab ribbons frlom our sponsore. The DT was lucky enough to receive some gorgeous Easter ribbons. I had few samples and didn't know which one to pick. I paper pieced my egg and I decided to use the ribbon with the spotty eggs on it. My DD image is the Easter Egg what you can find in the shop

Here is my card, but when I finished I felt something is missing, just no idea what lol

My card base is light green but not showing up. I had to make a paper rose for the middle it was just screaming for hand made rose. The WA is from TLC creations. In the side view you can see the rose. The ribbon got few colours in to play with and as you can see my main colour is the blue/green. Funnily on the side view you can see the light green base card

I'm gonna enter this card into the EIC, just found this challenge the other day and I LOVE it, whatever you make there is always an inspirational pic you can use four your project. And for my card I picked this blue/green  beauty as my main colours blue/green, this week the inspirational shop called Think Fast Designs

Quick post

I'm soooooooooo tired, been out and we walked 3hrs. Even Mesi walked abt 2-2&1/2 hrs and she's only 2. After a nice pub lunch they both got their energy back, when we got home I was so tired just set on the couch and kids went to the garden to play. How they had energy after all that walk no idea lol

Anyway here is a card what I'm gonna enter to EIC and D2D inspiration is from  XS Baggage CO

 The image is D2D Spotty Dotty Watering Can and it's their freebie to play along. The WA is TLC creations. I think got hooked on framing my card with a fine liner pen lol

Sorry it's a short post but I'm really tired and it's almost 1am and I need sleep but wanted to enter this card into the challenges.

An other inspirational card

In the last 24 hrs I made 4 cards/project and I'm only blogging the 2nd one lol This is again a EIC with WFC digi and the inspiration is from  XS Baggaga Co.

And my piggy card. Isn't she cute. You got to love this Easter pig. So easy to work wit Arielle's images. I made a frame round the pig and distressed it before I stuck it on the base card.

Inspiration from your home

Over at TioT we got to pick something from our home whats inspire us. I picked my wallpaper from my craft room. I just love my yellow wallpaper, it feels sunny there all the time. My image&sentiment is WFC and will link this card to EIC as well, where you got to pick an inspiration from XS Baggage Co. I could pick few thing from the shop. 

 I really love this image and to make it stand out I stitched the sun ray

Paper Cupcakes DT card

Good morning my dear blogging friends. For a change I've got a card to blog on time lol I have to pull myself together and do things in time. I blame the weather. Looks like spring is here and it's just nice to be outside. Few times I went out in the last wef weeks to colour my images on the patio, we got South faceing garden and it's always warmer on the patio then anywhere else, just love it.

Well anyway, here is my Paper Cupcakes card

 Over at There's Magic In The Air by Paper Cupcakes the theme is flowers. I have use Easter Lillys, I love lillys.. The DP/BP on my card is from my stash like everything else. The WA is TLC creations. I wanted to emphasize those gorgeous flowers so once was coloured them I drew over it with fine line pen and framed the card with the same black pen. Inside I used the left over paper when I die cut it and inside I drew a frame with the black fine liner.

Few DT creations and High Hopes Challenge

I had a very hectic week. After 4 month not having oven finally got my new cooker this week. I chose a 5 burner dual cooker which cosed a bit of problem lol we needed new cable, poor carpenter had to do extra day to sort it out and it wasn't planed. Adrian wasn't pleased either as he had to pay more money out. I had to reorganise my kitchen cos I lost cupboard space and had to dust everything after my stuff gone back into their new space. I was sooooooooo tired in the last few days had no energy to blog my projects and top of everything I had 2 bad nigh sleep one just had bad dreams and the other Mesi slept with us and she was kicking me in the back lol Friday and Saturday I was like a floppy vegetable lol completely useless

Ok enough of my gobbing

My 1st project is my TioT altered frame. How many of you throw away the frames what comes with the school photo. I kept it, Adrian just told me "Why are you keeping the rubbish again" I just though I give a goo and try to alter it. I think it's turned out quiet nice. Insid the background is TLC Creations and WA as well. I painted it with white acrylic and  crackle paint and before my paint dried I put a bit of glitter in it. The handle and the side is macrame. I completely forgot abt macrame when last week I was leaving comments on blog and came across with a card with macrame knot on it, unfortunately I forgot which blog was it. I just used the plain knots it was such a fun to get this old knowledge out. You should see what the DT come up with too.

My 2nd card is my Delicious Doodles DT card and the theme: Something for Mum. I chose this pretty WA from DD and the paper is from Pascale's pad. Water coloured the image and used few of my roses from stash. To finish it off I cut a Mariann swirl and few flat pearl. Pop over the blog and have a look what the DT come up with.

 Side view shows you better all that dimension's going on.

 My 3rd card is my High Hopes card. Their theme is Material. I made this card for their last challenge but I forgot to enter it lol BUT luckily fits the bill for this fortnights challenge too lol I used one of my new stamp from them, he is gorgeous. The flowers are material and it's from my stash and got that lovely lace underneath too. I have water coloured him  and my DP/BP is from stash too. The green/brown paper is kitchen paper towel and I kept it when I was spraying my images with shimmer spray.

Dont forget there will be a new realise on the 7th Aprial and a blog hop too with pize so keep your eye opend. Not long ago I won the grand prize $100 worth of High Hopes stamps
