I'm back

Really sorry being MIA but I have hit a big dark pit what never happened before, now and then I do get depressed but who doesn't then, but I never felt like this before. I thing leaving i foreign country is not easy and the last 2 yrs we were only been afforded to go back to Hungry once a year.

Anyway, here is my Delicios Doodles offering and the theme is Goth vs Pretty I used La Rosa Muerta

And here is my Paper Cupcake DT card where the theme is Sparkle, sparkle, sparkle and I do hope I don't have to make an other 4yrs card again for a long long time lol made so many lately

Let's mark it

Here is a little book mark, I used DD image called Halloweenie - WitchyPoo and you can find it in the shop with the rest of the new Halloweenies. I made this as my DT project for TioT where we given you a Halloween theme, easy peasy lemon squazy, so pop over the Challenge blog and join in the fun.

I was a bit stuck with idea as I don't really send Halloween card out and all of my Halloween cards just sitting in my box.

Anyway here is my bookmark

 I did do an extra layer just to make it pop, I used my Shakura gel pan for the cat's nail and the edges then I just brushed it over her eyes too to give a bit of sparkle.

 And here it is in action lol 

yes it is a baking book, one of my latest, I can cook but can't bake and that was the reason I bought this fab book, plus to be honest I HATE buying cakes and biscuits from shops as it got so mane preservatives as well as "E" numbers and all sorts of addictive, yes I do like healthy eating, you should see the amount of fruit we go through a week as a family ppl get shocked when they see, we got to g to market to buy our fruit as in the shop would be way to expensive OH NOOOOOOOO I'm to gobby again sorry lol

Here is a 4th birthday card for a little boy, I have used High Hopes stamp and TLC word art, buttons from my stash. It's a simple card

I still have to make one fr my little girl's birthday which is next week and 10 days after that my friend's daughters 4th and Mesi got a 4th birthday party invitation but not sure I take her as we might go to London to see my OH friends and stay with his parents

My brain left me lol

I was in the dog house, it was my OH's birthday on Thursday, I ordered his cake for Thursday then I told my friend it's on Friday so no rush, Thursday evening at diner my OH asked if we having a joke on him (oops) I was glad I did have his cards ready and the presents wrapped up. I told him it was his fault as last year when he was 40 he messed round and tried to convince me it's on the 19th and not on the 18th  'cos he didn't want a 40est birthday, so this year I mixed it up lol I picked the cake up on Friday and after coming back from the meal we lit the candles (oh and Alfie found the hiding place and called daddy in and shoved him the cake before we went out lol ) We not a big cake fan but this was sooooooooooooooooo delicious that by Sunday it's all gone and I even ate the icing which I hate. I just can't believe someone bakes so yummy cake and just does it as hobby, Mesi want's a Hello Kitty one for her 4th birthday which is next week so gonna ask my friend if I can be cheeky and make one for her

Anyway enough of my gobbing, here is my card for this week DD challenge where the theme is Poppy

 I know the image called Sniffing Daisy BUT does have poppy in it and I put poppy like red flowers on the bottom bit too.

Somewhere I've got some nice material but I have no idea where did I put it when I had to put all my craft stuff into our bedroom and in the end I found a piece of lace what I saved from a blouse what was going into rubbish at my mum's house

 The backing paper, flowers and sentiment is all from Crafter's Companion freebies

My 2nd layout for today

Well I thought I need a matching page to go with the 1st one so here it is. 

 All of the stamps are High Hopes and I fallowed the sketch again

I'm not so sure abt the hay stacks and the tractor so they might get changed, glad I used gel glue, once it's dry I can pull it off very very carefully

Layout

I'm not the best when it comes to Scrapbook-ing although I do love it, s I thought I start to do some empty pages, this will make me go through my photos and I can think ahead too.

Here is my firs layout which fallows this week High Hope's Sketch

I just rotated it to the right

 It's a very simple 12"x12" layout. I left the bottom left corner unfixed so I can slide pictures underneath. 

This digi below is this week's Paper Cupcakes freebie and it's a Colour Theme: Green and Orange

 And these 2 stamps by High Hopes the poor little which is on shrink plastic and I coloured her with my Shakura stardust and you can't see the colours but she is supposed to be purple and orange, the only colour you can see is the black cat lol

Just not on the top of things

I'm gonna be quick, I feel really tired and it's not even 20.30. The last week or so been really tired, I think it's all to do with this blooming English weather lol I was glad I had my in-lows here for a week but they went home on Friday, they'll be back for Xmas though, looking forward to that

Anyway onto my card(s). 1st up is my late DD DT card. I started last week then I ditched the original and went for a different digi called Celebrate with cake it's a really pretty cake. Still got few days to join in this weeks fun where the theme is: Flowers

I'm sooooooooooo naughty

I didn't post my DD DT project last week and I'm week late with my TioT too BUT I'm on time with my PC one, so I've got a 2 in 1(I had to cheat lol ) and an other 2 to share with you

Bit tired as I was baking for the charity coffee morning at Alfie's school for tomorrow then my little girl fell asleep on me as she took poorly this afternoon but after a spoon of calpol and few hrs sleep looks like she's fine. I know if my kids fall asleep in the afternoon they not well. Alfie had it on Saturday and on Sunday he still done a good 5 mile walk and   today was Mesi's turn not to feel well lol let's hope she can go to nursery in the morning though

Before  start with my projects here is some pic from Sunday

 We walked to a pub from Deal (shhhhh don't tell my friend Karen I was there lol) and there was some old cars meeting as well, I was showing this racing car to Alfie when the owner asked Alfie if he wants to sit in, of course he did

 And of course Mesi didn't want to stay out either lol 

 and they had to pose front of the other too

 Well anyway here is my 1st card which is an exploding card. On the top there is DD rose what you can find in the shop and inside I've got High Hopes verse and little rose stamps.

 Once the top was taken off this is the 1st layer with the verse and the flower and an empty panel for writing

It's a very simple card I'm afraid  being out all day and having in-lows here to hasn't given me much time to do a different card.

Let's play

Well I was but if  you want to play come over TioT and join in. This week it's anything goes. As I mentioned I had a little play with these

 And here is the closed altered dominoes, it looks really exquisite and simple to make it as long as you don't mind being inky and gluey lol

 And when it's open this is what's it like. I like how it turned out. The inspiration came from Craft Stamper, I think it was August issue. The nurse image and the WA are digis from TLC Creations and on the back of the domino it's a Crafter's Companion stamp from the one of the Cute Companion set.

I covered the domino with TH alcohol ink then a bit of  solution to break the colour once it was dry I stamped a background on it with brilliance ink then heat set it. The nurse been printed on tissue paper then glued on the domino and on the other side I stamped the sentiment again with brilliance ink. I printed my nurse WA then I sprayed my paper with Cosmic Shimmer mist and in the same time I done my lace too. Once my mist was dry on the paper I used one of the freebie stamp from CS magazine to do the background
