Buttons and Bow

Hi all

This week over at Delicious Doodles we got Buttons and Bow, it's  an easy one to work with.
Here is my creation
I used 2 DD image:  Sunshine Gal and Ice-Cream Sundae
and my DP & WA is Create with TLC

I used my water colouring pencils to colour the images and the backing paper just simply distressed and added some fake stiches too. in my stash I found this little button and with a thin ribbon I made the bow. The ice-ream been printed twice and the 2nd one been glued inside and made stiches opposite sides to the front.

Why don't you pop over to DD and see what the rest of the team came up with

Recycled tag

Hello everyone

I'm my crafting mood the last week or so. Having good news after seeing the oncologist is give me the lift I needed to sit down and craft. My CT shows that on my breast hardly anything left from my lump but unfortunately the liver needs a bit more work therefor I'll have to  have two more chemo after Thursday, what I thought will be my last one, but hey if my liver needs it and I can avoid operation then I don't mind, it's good to see that the end of the tunnel it's not so fare away now lol

Anyways
Over at Try it on Tuesday this weeks theme is "Tag" it can be just a tag or it can be a tag on card it's up to you as long as it's got a tag somewhere.

Here is my creation

The tag was on one of my top I bought I didn't even change anything on it just hide the writing with my image. The image is by Paulette from Create with TLC, Paulette had a nasty fall and needed an op so pls go to her blog and leave a bit a love. My card is very simple card but I like it.
Pop over TioT and have a look what the rest of the team come up with

Ggggggggr so angry set it on schedule again and didn't post

Take care

Spring-Where??!!!

I'm a bit tired, went to bed really late (3am) as my OH was working nights so it was an excuse to stay up and craft lol I was woken up 9 by my friend's hubby cos their puppy got into our garden. They are few doors away from us but she pushes in the gate on the bottom but can't get out, I'm glad it's wet out there and I didn't let the bunnys out she chases them non-stop
Ok I stopped being gobby and I get on with my post

Here is my first card what I made for TioT DT and the Theme is "Spring has Sprung" but with a twist you need a moveable part
I bought a bookbinding book and I seen a cool technique and I wanted to give a go, my circle moves round and it's not with brad, in the inside there is an other circle to cover up the mechanizer I forgot to take a pic of it though

Here you can see I can turn it, poor little ant is upside down lol
I used High Hopes image called "Sweet Little Thing" and coloured him with my watercolour pencils. My BP/DP comes from one of my Crafter's Companion Cd what I printed out yrs ago and just was waiting there to be used, I've got way to many scrap what I don't use cos they not organised and I have no idea what I have. The ribbon is from my stash

The sweet sentiment is a new one came with a Lotv stamp

I just stapled the ribbon on then I undone it and put some seed-beads on it, now that was a bit fidly I can tell you that BUT looks really cool

I'll be entering this card into the fallowing challenges
High Hopes: Grow Garden Grow
Delightful Challenges - Round Up must be a circle card or have a circle in it
Duch DearChallenge blog: Inspirational Pic
WOW tons of flowers and being spring mine got a bit too

My 2nd card is my Delicious Doodles DT card and oh boy was I out of my comfort zone with this one. The theme is "Anything Goth" ha-ha-ha no idea which one of my teamies thought about it but thanks for the challenge lol
Well anyway this is what I came up with. I've used "I'm Ba-aack"  and my new Spillbinder die

I made a pic with the flash too so you can see the high lights I put in with my Shakura gel pen. My BP is from my stash I distressed the edges then I scrunched up und with TH distress ink I gave some places a bit more definition. The flower is made out of ribbon then out of 7 little paper flowers I made the centre from the left over black paper

She is sooooooooo scary I wonder what the "Boss" was thinking when she was drawing here lol

This cool WA is from Create with TLC's last club but I'm sure it's in her shop too just pop over to her blog as and brows round there are tons of freebies there too

I'll be entering this card into the fallowing challenges:
Digistamps 4 Joy - #64 Anything Goes

I'm off now as we're going to the market to do our weekly fruit and veg shopping, usually we come back with 2 full rucksack and bags full of stuff and it all goes within a week. We save loads just going to the market
Have a nice weekend

Hop little bunnies hop hop hop.....

.....hop hop hop lol I just got this nursery rhyme in my head from my nannying time lol as it's the time of the year again to start on Easter cards. Here is my 1st one
I have fallowed a sketch by Graphicat Sketches
I have  turned the sketch. I used High Hopes stamp and The BP/DP the little digi in the corner and the inside WA is by TLC Creations
Before I glued my bunny on the die cut shape I tried to create sky and grass with my TH distress inks using a bit of cotton wool and just dab it rather than using my sponge

I do love this cute digi by Paulette, the Bunny trail digi, the WA and the paper is from the last club
Over at High Hopes the theme is Grey, Silver or Metal. I tell you found it hard to use grey for Easter card so I only done my bunny and my BP/DP is kind of grey-ish I do hope girls it'll do.

I've got something else to show you but it's not finished as I managed to mess up my paper bag and went in town twice to get some but the shop was closed then yesterday it was packed so had no intention to go in, got to get it sometimes next week.
Over at TioT the theme "Time flies" and I thought I make a paper bag album lol
Well here is the top cover

The stamp I used is Recollection: About Time set, the DP/BPs are again from TLC Creations and the rest is from stash. Once I finish it I'll show you the rest

Let's play

Well I was but if  you want to play come over TioT and join in. This week it's anything goes. As I mentioned I had a little play with these
And here is the closed altered dominoes, it looks really exquisite and simple to make it as long as you don't mind being inky and gluey lol
And when it's open this is what's it like. I like how it turned out. The inspiration came from Craft Stamper, I think it was August issue. The nurse image and the WA are digis from TLC Creations and on the back of the domino it's a Crafter's Companion stamp from the one of the Cute Companion set.
I covered the domino with TH alcohol ink then a bit of  solution to break the colour once it was dry I stamped a background on it with brilliance ink then heat set it. The nurse been printed on tissue paper then glued on the domino and on the other side I stamped the sentiment again with brilliance ink. I printed my nurse WA then I sprayed my paper with Cosmic Shimmer mist and in the same time I done my lace too. Once my mist was dry on the paper I used one of the freebie stamp from CS magazine to do the background
Here is a shot of the back where you can see the background stamp.
Moving my domino in a different angle I took a pic to show you the sentiment
and here is the back with TLC Creations' WA

I made this for my friend's BD who is nurse now I just got to give it to her.

I'll be entering this little thing into the fallowing challenges:
Lexi's Creation's: Autumn colours
Make it Monday - always Anything Goes
Stamp and Create: Anything goes

Just some side view to see the dimension, the butterflys been doubled up

My 2nd rocking card is with my sweet little donkey which is one of my oldest High Hopes stamp, there theme for this week is use your oldest stamp, again the WAs are from TLC Creations and my Bp/Dp too. 1-2-3

I'm a bit late but here we go. Over at DD we got a 1-2-3 of something recipe for you as easy as 1-2-3 lol
Further a do here is mine
Backing paper is Create with TLC, I used  Poppy DD digi as well as Make it Crafty open-window digi
 I've got 1 butterfly, 2 BP/DP (one behind Poppy) and 3 gems
and here is the rest, they are FAT pages for a swap
Gonna enter my FAT page into the fallowing challenges:
Sweet 'n Sassy: Bling it

My 2nd card is for High Hopes challenge: Back to Nature
Both of the stamps are from the 100th challenge blog hop. I coloured my flowers with  Shakura stardust pen.
Below you can see it's a bit unusual one, but just had the idea to cut the frame with my Spellbinder die cut but leave the back, but I found it to simple so I used my huge swirl corner stamp then I used my fav butterfly edge punch
I didn't want to through out the little leftover butterflys so I used it to decorate the front and this side shot shows it well
Just a close up of the flower and even a bit of shine shows through

I'm gonna enter this card into the fallowing challenges:
Fun with Shapes and more: Use die cut or punch
2 Sisters: Anything goes

That's all for now

T-shirt for Daddy

WOW what a response we had a TioT for "Anything Goes" challenge the only problem was loads of ppl did not read the rules, I know it's boring but it worse it.
Our next challenge gonna be "Anything Goes" yes again, we still not bored of looking your lovely cards/projects, so here is mine, sorry loads of pics
As you can see it's a set. The main image is Create with TLC
I went to buy some printable iron on from The Craft Barnes shop and just printed this fab image on it.
This is the main Father's day card. When my OH was drinking some beer I kept few tops and it came handy when I was making this card. The little pictures inside the beer top were fixed with dimensional glaze
The little round things came from The Sum of All Crafts Blog where you find loads of freebies
I found an old paper bag so I just printed the image and glued it on to have a matching bag
I needed an other matching little bag but I made this from scratch. The box was a bit flimsy so had to add recycled cardboard inside

I'm gonna enter this into the fallowing Challenges
Make it Monday: Anything Goes
Gingerloft : Vintage
Robyn's Fetish: Anything goes

Well this is it for now, hope you like this little set
