At TT is Sally's week and she gave us this:"Step out of your comfort zone!". There is so much I want to try. Such as brayering a la Barbara Gray as Pat said it on the TT blog or love to try art journals or canvas. As I had a canvas I thought I try to use it. I think I need a bit more practice lol
I decided to do two other challenges. Been so busy that I kept forgetting to do my challenge cards/projects. I do miss my challenges
At High Hopes Amy W gave a sketch what you got to fallow.
At Colour Create a fab colour combo and a pic to inspire you. The colour come is:KHAKI, AQUA, BROWN and CREAM
They got a DT call and I thought I'll give a go.
The pic to inspire you
The optional extra this week is CIRCLES
The optional extra this week is CIRCLES
This is the original pic I used. Was taken less then 2 weeks ago. I was going to use this for my canvas and when I read circle optional at Colour Create I thought this is the perfect picture.

Close up of my corner stamp and the little High Hopes stamped flowers.
First I coloured my canvas (brayered) with Broken china& Tie Dye ink, then I stamped out my big corners on cream paper with broken china and quickly embossed it. I printed off an A4 paper from Debbi Moore's CD and tore two strip what I edged with my khaki pro marker, then I stamped my corner onto it and lined it up with the big corner. The middle section was done after Amy W sketch. To finish it off I used one of the printed sentiment. After Alfie I wanted a little girl so the big sentiment makes it whole for me
My father in-law can make the most amazing pictures of the kids and this pic was one of his.
