Can I be proud of myself?

Few of you know I started to design for Debbi Moore. Seeing my samples on telly makes me almost cry, I feel like I've achived something. Next step is to do my own craft classes (that's my dream), hopefully I can start it next May once Mesi starts nursery too.
Anyway I stop gobbing and I show you my cards

The first one was a demo on Friday when pick of the week was launched

I think I deleted the better picture sorry

My 2nd card I made some inside shots before I put the front on, I have to say the camera crew done a very good job when they done the close up. ( I think when I showed my other half my card on telly he was proud of me but would not say it lol that's man for you lol )
You can see my pegs lol

Here is my 3rd card an A4 card

My 4th card is a small box with tags in it

And my last card is a C5. I just used their papers to make a Xmas tree whit my octagon nesties ( let me know if you seen my nesties, ever since I made the sample I can't find them lol )

I had 3 full days to make my samples plus 2 nights. Poor Adrian was mad at me as I stayed up till 3/4 am on Friday&Sunday night. I always find hard to pick what I want to use as I want to use all of it lol I was asked if I could make 5 samples ASAP so these were the ones I made, some simple some complicated.

Challenge 9 at Just Ispirational

I don't know how about you but seems like a week stands out of only few days and not 7, it's again time for the next JI post.
I tell you had trouble to make my simple card, my printer decided not to print so had to do it next morning, then when I was on JI blog to post I had to start it all over again cos I had an error massage and would not let me post so 1hr hard work gone down the drain, was very hard to post it as my little ones were jumping up and down on me just like now lol Ok stop complaining my little monsters are sweet and I should be grateful they healthy&gorgeous uh and very cheeky lol

Now my card for this challenge. Rachel gave us this fab sketch, when I've seen is I was yep I like this as it's a simple one and I can play with my papers.
So here is the sketch
(hmmmmm my kids just got but naked lol my daughter even took nappy off)
Oh yeah the sketch

Recipe
Bearly Mine papers
Snow flake embossing stencil
MCS
It's a very strait forward card. The bottom silver paper been embossed before I fixed it to the base card. The topper is Pauletta's freebie what I printed it out then I printed it out again but gave a bit of red with MCS
Here you can see the dash of red. When I was cutting out the stockings I messed it up but in the end turned out better well I as I was cutting I did not pay attention and cut into the stocking like I just cut single out so I decided to cut into the other one and I just curved it. See happy accident and I think it look better more realistic if you know what I mean.

Crafty Cardmakers Challenge 26&Spotlight Challenge

I just found Crafty Cardmakers Challenge blog so I thought I give a go. Especially punches, as mines in a drew and I hardly use it. These are the punches I've used. I left out the two little flower punch. It's been years since I use my spirelli, the corner punch maybe been used 3-4 times, well the rectangle the 1st time lol and I use a lot the corner punch. The images I used is from Create with TLC.

Here is my card and some pictures
The stamp is Autumn Leaves Stampology: Word Flourishes. The little bird been stamped twice and I cut it out then put on a 3D foam pad.
The flower was made out of the corner punch and few little flowers for the middle.

Just Inspirational Challenge 6

Time flys very quick. It's weekend and I still haven't posted my card for Just Inspirational and the theme is: Purple tones, sparkle and texture. I was going to make a vintage book mark but then I decided I want more than a bookmark so I made this

You can't really see it but the side is perforated and you can tear it off an use it as a bookmark. See card and a little present together lol

Recipe
Paulette's digi & WA
Fanky Fairy paper
Hand made paper from stash
Water colouring pencil
Stickle
Flowers from stash
Flat pearl
Leaf from Ikea
Fancy label die cut

It's a simple card really. I printed of the dotty paper onto card stock then I tore the hand made paper to give more texture to it. The paper itself is already textured. Stuck it on then doodled some swirls set the flat pearl inside it. I should've left to try but I was inpatient so did smudge it lol so stuck flowers on and the leaf (leaf from Ikea, bought a fake plant and took it apart, got oodles&doodles of leaves now for only abt£3) then put my topper on. The bookmark is decorated with the left over paper and a small topper and few flat pearls. That's it.
Here you go few more pic

I love this hand made paper and I tell you a secret shhhhhhh I'm very stingy when it comes to my hand made papers. I just hate giving them away lol

Unfortunately this week our DT had few problems so only 3 cards in but the other 2 card looks fab.

I recycled again

Over at TT this week challenge is Black, I never made anything apart black and white card lol So this week I challenge myself again. I had such a fun and an accident with acrylic paint, big blob wet on my trousers (so glad it was only home trousers and black lol) and a huge blob on the white table cloth lol BUT I was quick and the table cloth is saved, phew lol
Anyway here is what I made. From a pickle jar into my water colour pencil holder. The more I look at it the more I fell in love with it. I think got to make few more for my Shakura  pens. I was looking for a nice glass jar to keep my pencils in and that would've coasted me £3.50 this way nothing as I had everything. It is a simple and quick project

Recipe
Pickle jar
Mirri board
Black acrylic paint
Ribbon from stash
Paulette's free digi and WA
Fancy label die
Embossing plate

I have to say the  base was not my idea. It's from Craft Stamper magazine but there was a little chest made with this technique. First I cut few piece of mirri board to fit round my jar then put it through my Wizard to emboss it. After I embossed it I put a big blob of black acrylic paint and WAIT smudge it with your finger, never mind how your finger gonna look like lol after that you wipe it off gently with paper towel and woala the base is done. Before I stickied it on I painted with black acrylic the top and the bottom too. After it dried I stuck the mirri together and onto the jar. When I printed my horse I mirror printed it to be able to face them. When I had my horse I just thought I need something else and that's when I got my gold pearl acrylic paint once that dried too I Put the label on with antique gold twine and decorated it with ribbon. Oh yeah the ribbon on the side you got to put it on before hand as that's hiding where the mirri board attached to each other. I just love this metal effect. So Lyn aka Blackdragon thanks to make me learn a new technique.

Here is few more pick

And this is the back view
I hope I didn't bore you to much. I had a hell of a time making it. I will be recycle more and got a tutorial for one of my creation so just need a bit of time to blog it

I'm gonna enter this project to
Stampavie and more: Black, white&one more colour (my extra is gold)
Dutch Dare:Anything goes (their sponsor is Simon Says Stamps )

I'm sooooooooooooo late with this, sorry everyone. As you know Rachel gave us a sketch to fallow and a theme summer(which I forgot ). Here is the sketch, simple to deal with, sometimes I find difficult to do the skech but this one is quick and looks good.

Recipe
Tim Holtz distress inks
Water colouring pencils
Mash from stash
Digi papers
Sorry not many pick of my card
Paulette posted this frogie in a mystery box and I bought it, I loved what was written underneath as a clue. I did not regret it, came with different WA but I preferred this one. I have used my water colouring pencils to colour frogies and I just fallowed the sketch.
