Over at Wags 'n Whiskers there is a DT call. I did read the e-mail while I was on holiday but had only few things with me so I couldn't make a card. The closing date is today so I just hope I'm not too late. We were given a sketch.
Recipe
Beccy's digi stamps
Debbi Moore The Classical Elegance CD
Old book
Tim Holtz distress inks
Cosmic shimmer mist: Bronze
Water colouring pencils
Small circle punch
Doyle paper
Nesti
I had some leftover Debbi Moore printed papers what I thought would go well with vintage. I have distressed the edges of the printed papers. I took a page from the old book ( it was sitting outside at my nan's pace so I thought come with me I have to use you lol ) and I sprayed it with the bronze cosmic shimmer tore the paper to fit my card. My image was coloured with water colouring pencils, masked it to be able to distress it but down he line changed my mind and cut an other image out too to be able to decoupage it. The topper was sprayed with the bronze cosmic shimmer too (I've got only one but I love it, I think got to buy more lol ) I didn't want to use ribbon, I do have more than enough but just wanted to do something different and Beccy just done few strawberry didgis not long ago and I it's just goes so well with the image. I made some fake bread from the leftover paper what I punched out with my small circular punch and I did put gloss on it as well just to look more real like. My Doyle paper was too big so cut the edge of but as I said waist not so it's inside :-) I wrote Happy Birthday on the card.
And a matching ATC as well
For the ATC I cut papers out for masking and I just sprayed it with the bronze cosmic shimmer, the background just the leftover little papers, waist not lol
I have used the leftovers for inside
Few close up
You can see the shimmer on the left side of the picture
